We furthermore render ancillary services such as drafting of all legal contracts with regards to the sale and transfer of liquor licences including lease agreements of liquor premises.

Jaco Kruger, a director who has been with the firm since 2000, is responsible for all liquor related matters and specialises amongst others, in Northern Cape Liquor Licenses. Through an extended consultancy service, we can also assist with National Liquor Licenses. Jaco learned the trade from the late Mr Piet Lange, who was synonymous with liquor legal matters in the Northern Cape for several decades before his retirement in or about 2001. Many of the case law in liquor disputes handled by the late Piet Lange is still applied by South African Courts.
